End-User License Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Riddle Brothers CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription and our policies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Account and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You are also responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you enter and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
4. Third-Party Integrations (e.g., QuickBooks)
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks (Intuit). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of third-party services. When you connect QuickBooks or similar integrations, you authorize us to exchange data as necessary to provide the integration.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party integrations.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may disconnect integrations (e.g., QuickBooks) at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
